Equine Beta-endorphin, BEP ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Equine Beta-endorphin,BEP concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.

 

INTENDED USE AND TEST PRINCIPLE

This Equine Beta-endorphin, BEP ELISA Kit is intendedLaboratory for Research use only and it is not for use in diagnostic ortherapeutic procedures. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellowand the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer.In order to measure the concentration of Equine Beta-endorphin,BEP in the sample, this Equine Beta-endorphin, BEP ELISA Kit includes a set of calibration standards. The calibrationstandards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator toproduce a standard curve of Optical Density versus Equine Beta-endorphin,BEP concentration. Theconcentration of Equine Beta-endorphin,BEP in the samples is then determined by comparing theO.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
